Free Shipping Over $40

Orders over $40 ship free. Orders of $40 or less ship for $2.99. Subscription orders follow the same rule.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many locations. Some destinations may be unavailable; if we cannot ship to your location, we’ll contact you.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

AEXIS is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

 

If we make an error with your order, we’ll take responsibility and work to make it right at no additional cost to you.

 

Customs and Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders after shipment. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process. Estimated shipping time is 10–15 days after processing. Delivery estimates do not include customs-clearance delays.

 

Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. For some carriers, tracking may take 1–3 business days to update.

 

If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, contact us at support@tryaexis.com.

 

Multiple Packages

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages.
