Every Aexis order comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

If brushing isn't calmer within 90 days of getting your order, email support@tryaexis.com. We refund your order in full. Opened and used bottles count. You keep the bottle, and we ask no questions.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email support@tryaexis.com. We make it right at no cost to you.
